Twitter Integration

Serio allows you to manage your Twitter account (or accounts) through SerioClient itself. You may

  • monitor a particular Twitter account’s timeline and mentions

  • reply to (or tweet messages)

  • log Incidents, Service Requests or Changes straight from an incoming Tweet

  • associate multiple Twitter accounts to be handled through the Serio Inbox

In providing this feature, we are recording what information is shared with your customers on Twitter and when this information is being shared, much like handling any other Issues in SerioPlus, allowing your Twitter interactions to be made in a controlled manner.
