The first time you set values like these it's done through the Device Setup Wizard. Later on though, when you want to change something, this is what you do:
1. Take IT Service View Offline.
2. From the tree view on the left, expand Devices and then double-click the Device whose data you wish to change.
3. Go to the Properties tab page, and then select the value you want, and edit it.
4. Click OK to close the dialog box, and then go back Online. You are now using your update values.
