| Serio is also truly mobile through the use of our PocketSerio product for the Pocket PC.
PocketSerio needs no network connection to operate. It's the ideal companion tool to take on-site, or to perform routine inspections equipment with. PocketSerio works using a download-edit-upload model. PocketSerio allows you to download all of the information held with Serio regarding your IT equipment (effectively, your entire CMDB), plus Incidents, Problems and Changes you might be working on. You can then edit this information, and upload your changes later - Serio merges these back into the database for you. Resolution of Incidents is fully supported on the PDA, and our QuickText system ensures data capture is easy, even when all you have is a stylus.
