Icon New Icon New We've made sending emails through Microsoft Exchange servers much easier. It worked OK before but required you to have an SMTP service on Exchange. Now you can use Extended MAPI - which means IT Service View will just hand the email over to Outlook, and let Outlook do the sending.

Icon New Icon New We've made it easier to see data coming back from Devices in the console. A new little 'mini-tab' called 'Live Device Data' has been added.
