The Online Log

When Serio IT Service View detects a problem with a Device, one of the actions it usually takes is to place a message in the Online Log.

Unlike the Device Status, which may change back to Green when the problem is resolved, messages remain in the Online Log until you close the Serio IT Service View application.

Therefore, you can use the Online Log as a history of all the problems that Serio IT Service View has detected with the Devices it is monitoring.

To view the Online Log, click on the 'Online Log' tab page in the lower half of the Serio IT Service View Display.
