Enabling/Disabling Devices
Sometimes you may want stop monitoring particular Devices while continuing to monitor others, for example when conducting maintenance work.
To disable a Device so that Serio IT Service View does not monitor it,
If Serio IT Service View is Online, then go Offline.
Right click on the Device name under 'Devices' in the left pane of Serio IT Service View, and choose 'Disable Device'.
You can re-enable the Device from the same menu by choosing 'Enable Device'.
