No-one is at their desk all the time, that's why we developed
the Serio Text Message Gateway.
The Gateway allows you to keep in touch with what's happening on
the Helpdesk by forwarding selected Text Messages (also known as
SMS Messages) to your mobile phone. Serio gives you control over
the type of messages sent, which includes

Because we understand that too many messages can be as much of
a problem as no messages, you can instruct the Gateway to only send
messages deemed to be of high importance - you'll be told about
your key server failure, but not a faulty mouse.
The Serio Text Message Gateway allows you to control the information
that is sent to your phone, including affected Customers and machine
details. It has full support for 'double-messaging', to send twice
the amount of information that can normally be carried in a text
message.
The Serio Text Message Gateway is fully integrated with SerioWeb,
for those running a support service beyond the normal 9 to 5, so
you'll be kept in touch with what your customers are reporting.
