Upgrade Your Database to Release 5
Upgrading your database sounds hard, but really all it means is running an upgrade program we provide for you.
1. On your server computer, go to the Serio directory, which is by default c:\Program Files\Serio
2. There is a program there called SerioDBUpgrade.exe. Run this program.
3. When prompted log in as the database owner. Getting this right really matters. If the database owner is Tom do not log in as Dick, even if Dick has full database creation rights. If you are unsure who the database owner is ask your Database Administrator for guidance. Most of the time, for SQL Server users, this will be sa.
4. When you are ready, click the 'Upgrade Database' button and the program will perform the upgrade for you.
