All of your tickets in one place, with as much detail as you want to see

Easier Navigation and a Clearer View of Interdependencies

The Service Explorer provides a means for both novice and expert users to navigate Incident, Problem, Service Request and Change data.

For example, it's pretty easy to move from looking at an Incident to then see all of the Incidents logged by the same Customer.

We've also added some excellent graphical symbols and made the columns draggable if you don't like the order we put them in.

It's pretty powerful but quite simple. We think you'll like it.
