SerioClient User Interface Freshen

A very long title for some important changes and improvements

User Interface Changes

You told us you didn't like how we handled Chapter switching, so we've changed it. Now SerioClient uses tabs across the top - something that seems to be intuitively understood, rather than the old 4.6 Nav panel.

One of the more noticeable changes is the addition of 'info widgets' - little graphs and dials that tell you important information - like how many callbacks you have to make today, or what the current general activity level is like. These are meant to be a fun addition to SerioClient.

We've changed the fonts we use to be the larger 10-point size as so many of you have such high monitor resolutions, and the observant will notice we've changed the anti-aliasing algorithm we use (it's particularly noticeable on Windows Vista).
