SerioClient Express is a browser-based HTML version of SerioClient. It allows you to work with Incidents, Problems, Service Requests and Changes in pretty much the same way you do at the moment with SerioClient.
It can be used to log a new Incident for example, or to send a Customer an update to an existing ticket.
It doesn't have all of the functionality of SerioClient Release 5 (for example, it doesn't have a Service Explorer or a way to manage Reminders) but we think it takes care of the important things that people need to do.
There is absolutely no client software to install - you just need an up-to-date Internet Explorer browser. It won't try and install any Active-X or other such plug-ins either.
Best of all, it's free. If you have a valid support contract you will get a SerioClient Express license for each of the SerioClient licenses you hold.
