If you've ever seen hand-held internet devices like the iPhone, the Blackberry 83xx series or the Samsung F700 and wondered what they were for here is the answer - PocketSerio-i.
PocketSerio-i is a web-based application written entirely for small, hand-held devices like those mentioned above.
It allows you to browse Incidents, Service Requests and Changes, update them via Actions, send support eMails through Serio, and generally never need to be at your desk again.
PocketSerio-i costs £330 per device. If you have existing PocketSerio licenses you may convert these to PocketSerio-i licenses at no cost to you.
