Known Errors
In response to user feedback, we've enhanced the support we have for Known Errors in the tool.
There is now a special 'Known Error' flag you can set on a Problem (or Incident, Service Request or Change if you are so minded) that marks the record as a Known Error.
When you flag a Known Error, Serio asks you to specify something additional - a Known Error Description and a Workaround. It then uses this information when presenting the Known Error to users.
We've also added a SerioClient Chapter for Known Errors, you can find Known Errors through the Service Explorer, and you can publish them on the web the same as you do for Service Status pages.
