Release 5 FAQ
Q: So how much does it cost then?
A: Nothing for the products you've purchased if you have a valid support contract. For instance,
we've added improvements to SerioClient and every customer who has a support contract
will get these improvements.
SerioClient Express will also be available free of charge, as described here. Other new products like PocketSerio-i will need to be purchased though if you don't have licenses.
Q: Where can I download it? Why is there no download button?
A: Well, we aren't releasing it until the 28th April. Even then there
will be no download button for the simple reason that we only allow
access to the software for those customers with current support contracts.
What will happen is that we will send a download email to the registered
contact we have on file. If you think we have the wrong email address
you can update us. We'll be staggering the download emails to avoid
our somewhat puny internet connection being overwhelmed.
