PocketSerio is designed for staff who are on the move - away from their desk, out of the office. PocketSerio is truly mobile and self contained, requiring no network connection in order to operate.

PocketSerio offers the following features

Fully-functional Incident Management. Incident, SLA information, callback commitments, eMails sent and received (and a lot more) are all available. You can record what you do on-site, even resolving Incidents if you wish.

Full Configuration Management (CMDB) and Asset database. PocketSerio allows you to take your Asset Database with you, maintaining the data as you go.

Customer contact - Now you can take (and amend) the Serio Customer Database with you.
Unique PocketSerio Quick Text, to help you enter information when all you have is a stylus.

Fast downloads into the PDA, with a wide variety of options to allow you to control what is downloaded.
Download over your network or over the Internet - so you don't need to be at your desk to get the information you need.

Fast uploads from the PDA into your live Serio system - Serio seamlessly merges your changes back for you. Uploads can be performed using your network, or the Internet.

A range of colour schemes are available, including high-contrast, so that you can use PocketSerio both indoors and outdoors.
