Serio Helpdesk - Active Directory Integration

Using our Active Directory plug-in, you can quickly and easily integrate Serio with Microsoft Active Directory.

If you add contact details to Active Directory, that data is available within Serio - name, telephone number, email address and so on. If you amend their details, then the amendments are seen in Serio.

But it doesn't stop there. Serio also takes organisational information from Active Directory, such as the departments or companies that people work for, and the locations at which they are normally based.

You can then use this when logging Incidents, running reports - at any point you need to reference where people work, or who they work for.
