through the use of our PocketSerio-i product for the Pocket PC.
PocketSerio-i is designed specifically for small, hand-held Internet Devices like the Blackberry 83xx series or iPhone - any device with a browser and internet connectivity (and it will work with GPRS as well as 3G services). It allows you to work with Incidents, Service Requests and Changes - sending support emails, making notes, viewing customer contact details, as well as closing the call when everything is completed. It even allows you to work with your personal Service Booking diary - for meetings and other service events.
