Sending attachments

I now have 60 plus things being monitored - all is good.

But when an error happens and I send an email I need to send recovery information to the duty engineer. So how do I do this? we have documents that contain fix information but I cannot find any way of sending these with the e mail.

I have found the email function but cannot understand how to send the attachment. I use outlook and exchange.

Can you tell me how I do this?

Alas there is no way to do this yet.

However...

Why not put the documents on a web server, and in the Response emails put a link to the documents. You've not said the type but maybe the documents can be served by HTTP?

Let me know if this fixed the problem.
