2. In the main explorer, you will see something called 'MIB Modules'. Expand this.
3. Then you'll see 'Generic MIB' and 'IT Service View Windows'. Expand both of these.
4. Then you'll see a part of the tree called 'Plugins', Expand this to see available plugins for that MIB module. When you see the one you are interested in, you right-click and choose 'View/Amend'. This will take you to the place where you can examine & edit Plugin code.

You access plugin code through the Plugin editor.
1. Take IT Service View offline.
