ITIL® Problem Management - Why and How
I've figured out how to restart a remote computer when it needs it, but how do I change the values used to test a device? At the moment I have to keep deleting and remaking the devices in the wizard. Can you give me a few pointers?
1. Take IT Service View Offline
2. From the tree on the left, expand Devices.
3. Double click the device whose settings you want to change.
4. Go to the Properties tab. The same screen you see in the wizard is there. Just edit the RAM figure to what you want it to be.
