Error Opening Program

Hello,

I recently installed the free version of this program to my IBM server to test out. The server is fully patch and is running Windows 2003 server. The install went fine but am unable to open the program. I am getting the following error.... Error: Acces Violation at 0x77E61A23 (tried to write to 0x00C30ED0), program terminated. Any help would be great.

Almost certainly copy protection

Hi Sorry you're having this issue. The software is protected with copy protection software, and the error is a copy protection one. Almost certainly some anti virus software is interfering (effectively the exe is encrypted, and gets unencrypted when run).

Most of the time it's fine, sometimes particular releases of AV software do this.

Sometimes it's enough to try on another machine.

Thank you for that information, but we have no AV running on this server. We will have to wait to test on another server because as of right now we do not have another open.

We have tried this install on 4 different servers. Three of them were windows 2003 R2 fully patched and one was windows 2008 fully patched and we are still experencing the same issues. These servers are nothing more the a fully patched base install with NO anti virus or anything. Any help again would be great.
