Can you give me some pointers on how to connect service view to my e mail server.
I have an exchange 2003 server running.
You need an SMTP service running on your Exchange server. Ask your email administrator if you have this running.
Connect IT Service View to email is just like connecting Outlook Express or Thunderbird - they both use SMTP.
