Application fails

When I click online the application fails and closes. Doesn't throw any errors. What are the system requirements for this app?

DLL registration

I think I may have located the problem. The registration of the file SNMPGateway.dll can fail sometimes - it's a problem with the install that is now fixed.

You can either redownload the software (it's been updated), or do this:

regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\SNMPGateway.dll

*(the location of this file might be slightly different depending on your operating system)*

This resolved the issue

System requirements

Good point about the system requirements, I'll add update the web page today.

You'll need: Windows 2003 or Windows XP or Vista to run the application, all of these need to be patched to the latest release level.

Make sure you had admin rights on your local machine to install.

If you are having problems, make sure that you've run through the set-up wizard, that you've created a Device before going Online.
