from the call-centre and helpdesk industries in 1997, with the aim of
bringing next-generation distributed service management, software and
helpdesk solutions to market.
Serio Ltd is an independently-owned Scottish company. We have been
profitable and cash-positive for each and every year since our formation,
with no bank or equity debt.
We enjoy a close working relationship with our customers, encouraging
the submission of change requests so that Serio continues to meet business
